What is Fanatics Markets?
Fanatics announced Fanatics Markets on December 3, 2025 as a consumer prediction-market app for sports, finance, and culture, in a strategic partnership with Crypto.com.
The better source is the operator’s risk disclosures. They identify Morton St. Trading Investments, LLC, d/b/a Fanatics Markets, as a CFTC-registered futures commission merchant and NFA member. The firm says it clears event contracts for customers as a clearing member of CDNA.
Its sign-up terms treat anyone who registered with the earlier Paragon Global Markets, LLC d/b/a Fanatics Markets IB as an existing customer. We list Fanatics Markets for comparison only.
Who is Fanatics Markets for?
How do prices work on Fanatics Markets?
Illustrative Yes · 52¢ ($0.52)
- A 52¢ Yes is a $0.52 fully collateralized event contract on the CDNA platform type. Typical binary settlement in the disclosure set is $1.00 or $0.00.
- Disclosures describe these contracts as binary options / cleared swaps — not sportsbook juice and not a futures margin account under the current write-up.
- Sports-related event contracts are in active litigation. A displayed price can become untradeable if access is cut in your jurisdiction.
What can you trade on Fanatics Markets?
- Sports event contracts CDNA lists for the interface
- Finance and economics-style contracts, where offered
- Culture and news-style contracts Fanatics chooses to surface
How is Fanatics Markets different from other prediction markets?
- OG.com is NADEX’s consumer prediction-market brand. Fanatics Markets is a Fanatics FCM front to the same registered-exchange family.
- Crypto.com is the parent crypto platform listing on this board — a third surface.
- FanDuel Predicts and DraftKings Predictions are other sports-branded prediction verticals. They are not CDNA fronts just because they share a sports audience.
What are the fees?
- Commissions / fees
- $0.00034 to $0.02 a contract, set by price — $2.00 on 100 contracts at 50¢
- Deposits / withdrawals
- ACH deposits free; card and wallet deposits up to 2%; no fee to withdraw to your payment method
- Account carrying
- Fanatics Markets FCM clears as a CDNA clearing member, per current disclosure
- League endorsement
- Operator says contracts are not league-endorsed

Available means Fanatics Markets’s own state list names that market type in the state; Not offered means its list leaves the state out; Check status means it publishes no list for that market type, or a court or regulator action that names Fanatics Markets makes the listing uncertain.
