ProphetX
DCM + DCO June 2026 — confirm eligibilitySports-native venue with CFTC DCM and DCO registrations in June 2026.
ProphetX is a sports-native prediction-market venue that, as of June 2026 CFTC filings, is both a Designated Contract Market and a Derivatives Clearing Organization. Direct-access and fully collateralized, on its own terms. Dated comparison note. Not an onboarding path.

Status as of October 9, 2026. CFTC filings list ProphetX LLC as a registered DCO as of June 10, 2026 and as a designated DCM as of June 11, 2026. Eligibility and state access are operator-defined. A product filing lists Multi-Event (Parlay) Contracts as Certified on June 15, 2026 — a certified type, not open access to every combination. Comparison listing only — no partner or affiliate claim.
What is ProphetX?
CFTC clearing-organization filings list ProphetX LLC as Registered on June 10, 2026, permitted to clear fully collateralized futures, options on futures, and swaps. DCM filings list ProphetX LLC as Designated on June 11, 2026.
Trading terms dated June 10, 2026 (version 1.0) say the system is fully disintermediated: no intermediary brokers or FCMs. Participants fund the maximum potential loss before a trade executes. When orders match, required funds move to a segregated collateral fund and the ProphetX DCO novates the trade.
A CFTC product filing lists ProphetX Multi-Event (Parlay) Contracts as certified on June 15, 2026. Certification of a type is not every parlay a sports fan can imagine. And it is not a finding that multi-event contracts are lawful in every state.
Who is ProphetX for?
How do prices work on ProphetX?
Illustrative Yes · 43¢ ($0.43)
- A 43¢ Yes is a $0.43 fully collateralized share.
- Direct-access terms mean there is no FCM in the middle on ProphetX’s June 2026 write-up. That is different plumbing from a brokerage tab or an introducing broker.
- Multi-event / parlay-style contracts, where listed, still settle on named rules. Do not read them as a sportsbook parlay slip.
What can you trade on ProphetX?
- Sports event contracts on the ProphetX DCM
- Certified multi-event (parlay) contract type, where the operator actually lists it
How is ProphetX different from other prediction markets?
- Novig’s public federal fact is a June 16, 2026 DCM designation for Ludlow Exchange. ProphetX has both DCM and DCO dates in the CFTC index.
- Kalshi is a general event-contract exchange, not a sports-native DCM+DCO launched in June 2026.
What are the fees?
- Trading / collateral
- Full collateral before execution; straight trades pay 2% of net gains per market
- Intermediation
- Terms describe no FCM
- Multi-event contracts
- Certified type as of June 15, 2026 — listing is operator-defined

Terms highlights
- New participants only. Trades above 80% are excluded from the qualifying volume.
- Each installment expires 45 days after credit, per the lobby disclaimer.
- The same page says ProphetX is not currently operating in Nevada.
- Promotional credit is not a sportsbook free bet. Confirm live terms at signup.
Eligibility / geo. Dual DCM/DCO registration is not a nationwide all-clear. Operator screens and sports-contract litigation still apply. Nevada is called out as dark on the lobby.
Event-contract trading risks money you can lose. Responsible trading.
Where is ProphetX available?
- Registration ≠ every product in every state.
- Parlay certification is a contract type, not unlimited combinability.
- Read the rulebook before treating a price as a sportsbook number.
ProphetX by state
Available means ProphetX’s own state list names that market type in the state; Not offered means its list leaves the state out; Check status means it publishes no list for that market type, or a court or regulator action that names ProphetX makes the listing uncertain.
